What makes this sensor stand out is its dual flood detection design. Built-in metal contacts on both the top and bottom allow it to detect drips from above or pooling water below without needing external probes, making placement simple and installation quick. It also monitors ambient temperature and sends alerts if conditions get too hot or too cold, helping prevent frozen pipes or overheating equipment. The detector supports both encrypted and non-encrypted (default) 345 MHz communications, with an internal switch for mode selection.
