A Sales Manager helps recruit and train a team of sales reps. They teach the reps how to be successful while maintaining the highest level of integrity. You must be confident in your abilities to sell and you must have a record of results. You also must be able to recruit, train, and manage others well. If you are a confident and hard worker you might be a really good sales representative. Please contact us if you would like to join our team. You must be honest, ethical, and independent. An alarm technician needs to be really good at troubleshooting and problem solving abilities. They also need to have really good people skills. We usually hire experienced technicians. If you have installed security systems before then you will have a much better chance at being hired.
