In an alarm event first you will given an opportunity to cancel the alarm via text/chat. Then you will get a phone call where you are given the choice to cancel the alarm or not. If those are not answered the monitoring station will dispatch and then call the people on your call list that you want notified after authorities. We usually recommend having the main contacts be listed in both areas. We also suggest you have the monitoring station number programmed in your cell phones so a call is recognized in the event of an alarm event. The monitoring station number is 1-855-723-5831.
