ADT Pulse Camera Extension Cable can be used to add additional feet to one of the ADT Pulse Cameras. It only works with the older cameras like RC8025 and it does not work with the newer HD Cameras (835ADTÂ or 8325ADT) It is very easy to just plug it in between the connections that are currently there and viola you have extra length. Very helpful if you want the camera mounted high on the wall or across the room. (especially if you plan on hiding the cord behind the wall etc.) This camera needs a power supply of 2 or 3 Amps. Try this 2Amp one we have here.

Other uses
Furthermore, it’s reliable for powering other low voltage electronic devices. Such as CCTV cameras, printers, LED lamps and signage, and sensors. Anything that requires DC input and accepts 2.1mm x 5.5mm plug, where wall outlet may be out of reach.
What does it come with?
This Extension Cable comes with a female jack at one and a male plug on the other to extend the reach of the DC power supply. This unit only accepts a 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel plug from a power adapter and will not work with other sizes.
