The 2GIG IP Bridge is what you need if you want connect your control panel with your monitoring service. This bridge helps provides Internet connectivity between the panel and the monitoring service’s central station. But to enable connectivity,  you need to install the 900 MHz Transceiver in the control panel.

This bridge also supports firmware updates over the Internet, provides interactive security services, and enables supervision using signal-forwarding to the central station. The 2GIG IP Bridge also connects to the Internet via a local network router using an Ethernet cable (not provided).
