This ELK Alarm Engine Z-Wave Module improved your home automation experience and seamlessly integrated with your ELK E27 board. The module supports up to a Z-Wave-plus. 500 Series, which means it has an improved command over various Z-wave devices such as lights, locks, thermostats, garage doors, and window blinds/covers. The module communicates wirelessly to your E27 board through the Z-Wave interface for reliably managing the energy control. Using the newest features of Z-Wave Plus technology this module offers increased operating range, higher sensor data transfer speed, improved security of the communication network, and overall better performance and stability for your smart home. The length of the 36” ribbon cable makes it easy to slot it into the connector found on the E27 board and any Wire connections.

Installation Instructions:

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Before installing the Z-Wave Module, you MUST turn the E27 master power switch OFF.

1. Locate the ZWAVE connector on the right side of the E27 board.
2. Plug the keyed connector from the AEZW ribbon cable into the ZWAVE connector on the E27 Board. The notch on the connector should face outward.
3. Power up E27 board with master power switch. The LED on the AEZW will be Red for several seconds after power up before turning Green
