The Universal 8-Zone Remote Point Module is a flexible and dependable option for increasing the functionality of your security or automation system. This module, created for Ademco controls that support V-Plex systems enables you to expand your current configuration. You can reduce the amount of current drawn from the polling loop by using an external DC power supply. This results in saving energy and money in the long run. Loops A and B can be set up to respond quickly (10 msec), providing speedy response times in an emergency. The Universal 8-Zone Remote Point Module also provides cover tamper prevention, which may be turned on or off using onboard DIP switches. By doing this, you can be sure that your system is always safe and secure from hacking.
