The camera features a discreet, vandal-proof, compact design and outstanding 1080p HD quality video that make it ideal for both commercial and residential video installations. Additionally, the Dome Camera has a vandal-resistant exterior casing with an IP67 rating and Power over Ethernet (PoE) capabilities. The Dome Camera also has a high-resolution color day image and has a built-in IR cut-off filter to let the camera transition smoothly between day and night modes. If you are wanting to hide the wires better for this camera you should get our ADT PoE Dome Camera Junction box for a more professional look. If you are looking to mount this on a wall you can use this ADT wall mount for a clean look on a wall. With this camera, you will also need a wire for them like our Cat 5E cable or our cat 5E patch cable.
It is recommended that a POE Switch is used to power this camera. It uses 6.5W and needs an upload speed of at least 1.5Mbps.
