Convert up to eight hardwired zones into wireless frequencies with the 2GIG Takeover Module – Super switch.  This switch mounts next to an existing control box containing the connected hardwired zones to be converted to wireless frequencies. Then, upon wiring the zones to the Super Switch the takeover module will now wirelessly communicate the connected devices to a 2GIG Security Control Panel.

Additionally, this switch is capable of transmitting a wireless RF signal up to 350 feet away in open air. This is also important to ensure the Super Switch is being mounted in range of the control panel. Users should also note that wireless transmission ranges will vary depending upon obstructions between the Super Switch and control panel.
