Description of Zone Expander with Relay:

Zone Expander with Relay adds up to eight end-of-line resistor supervised zones and two dry form C (SPDT) relay outputs to compatible control communicators as a result of the control’s keypad wiring. This product is a hardwired zone expansion module with two relay outputs for powering external devices. This makes this expander perfect for users who want to use external hardwired sirens with their VISTA System. In addition, The module is also mountable within the control’s cabinet (if room permits), as well as remotely. Furthermore, If mounted remotely, there are provisions to tamper-protect the unit. This product serves as a convenient multipurpose module for a Honeywell VISTA Panel. It provides terminals for 8 additional hardwired sensors and two relay outputs for providing power to external hardwired electrical devices, such as sirens.

It features a wiring option that can be selected using a configurable Dip Switch on the module. The module also comes with the necessary 2K ohm resistors for EOLR zones, however, unused zones do not require resistors.
