The sensor also helps protect against temperature fluctuations. As well as flood conditions, reacting within 22 seconds when water is present. If the temperature drops below 45° or above 95° it will trigger the alarm. The versatile device configures to operate as a standalone temperature sensor, a flood detector or a combination temperature/flood detector. In addition, it’s fully compatible with Safewatch Pro 3000, ADT Quick Connect, ADT TSSC, as well as 2GiG Panels. Furthermore, It also sends users alerts when detecting floods or extreme temperatures providing quicker time to take action to minimize as well as avert damages.

Installation:
Water Leak: Place the device flat on the floor or other surface near the area to be protected. Make sure the metal contacts at the bottom are clean and free of any debris. To ensure the unit remains in place, use the supplied 2-sided tape to adhere the unit to the floor or wall.
IMPORTANT: After a water leak event, make sure the contacts and device are completely dry and free of any debris before relocating.
Temperature: While you Mount the device low on a wall in the desired location use double-sided adhesive tape (supplied).
IMPORTANT: In addition, the device should not be relocated without the advice of the installation professional.
TESTING: With control in Test mode, remove & replace the device cover to activate. The system keypad should beep and display each programmed zone (loop).
