This Smoke And Carbon Monoxide Alarm is equipped with photoelectric smoke-sensing technology that detects smoldering fires and alerts you before the situation escalates. It has a nominal sensitivity of 2.5% which ensures the smallest traces of smoke are detected. The detector is designed to eliminate nuisance alarms and deliver outstanding performance wherever reliable smoke detection is required. It emits a loud and unmistakable alert to wake you up and grab your attention in case of an emergency. Provided with LED indicator to monitor the status of the detector and indicate the presence of the power source. With its low or missing battery indicator, this smoke alarm eliminates the guesswork associated with battery maintenance. The push-and-hold button functionality test analyzes the photoelectric sensing chamber for the proper operation of a smoke alarm.

This Smoke And Carbon Monoxide Alarm features a DUALINK® tandem capability with all Gentex tandem interconnect capable alarms products. Lastly, it provides a Temporal 3 evacuation tone for the smoke alarm units. It is not monitored or connected to a monitored alarm system like the others.
