This sensor offers a long range of approximately 820 feet if not obstructed in the open-air environment and ensures comprehensive coverage across your property. Designed with the Ingress Protection IPX7 technology, the Napco Flood/Freeze Sensor is immune to a range of adverse environmental factors that dictate the device’s ability to operate efficiently, whether indoors or outdoors. The sensor is implemented with 1-way encryption for communication, and is tamper supervised, increasing security further. It also has a long battery life and uses this CR2450 Lithium 3V battery that is included to guarantee years of problem-free usage.
