This is the Honeywell ADT Hardwired Basic Keypad for their Safewatch Pro 3000 Panels.  Additionally, it’s called basic since it only shows numbers on the screen in place of the Alpha keypad that shows words and numbers with a bigger screen. If you don’t need more detailed zone descriptions on the Keypad but are looking for an inexpensive way to add an additional keypad to your system, this could be a great fit. This keypad can’t be used for programming, you would need the Alpha Programming Keypad for that.
