It features a 32-character blue/white backlighted hi-contrast LCD display that offers clear visibility in all lighting conditions. Customize your setup with four programmable function keys for quick access to your most-used features, while the unique menu navigation and direction keys simplify system navigation. The keypad operates efficiently via the E27 RS-485 data bus to ensure reliable communication with your alarm engine. The ELK Low Profile LCD Keypad is compatible with “external” 26-bit Wiegand compatible proximity readers, allowing cards or fobs to be used for arming, disarming, or limited door strike control, etc. Enhance your security with the input for one supervised zone and enjoy the flexibility of integrating additional devices through the programmable “switched positive” voltage output.

The keypad also features dedicated exit, stay, chime, and bypass keys for quick access to essential functions. Mounting is versatile, with options for surface mounting to a standard 1 or 2 gang electrical box, and for a seamless look, an optional recess ‘flush’ mount kit (ELK-M1BBK2) is available.
