Enrolling
Each product has a label with a unique 6 digit serial number. You will need this serial number to add this contact to your security system. Refer to your specific control panel or wireless receiver installation instructions for details on adding a new contact.
Mounting
The recessed sensor and magnet are designed to fit snug in a ¾ inch hole, and a small flange on the outer rim ensures the case cannot be pushed too far into a hole. Choose a suitable location for the sensor, then drill a ¾ inch by 2.5 inch hole in the door for the sensor. Mark the location for the magnet in the frame directly in line with the sensor and drill a ¾ inch by ½ inch hole for the magnet.
