This Doube Door Surface Mounted Electric Strike is a new model optimally suitable for double doors provided with tubular, vertical rod exit devices. The electric strike offers simplified retro-mounted installation within the existing mechanical prep to provide fast and easy installation. It is purposely configured to fit the new construction doors and can be installed into the existing mechanical prep without the need for cutting the door frame. The other impressive feature of the circuit is the voltage sensing technology that is variable and requires no physical switch for voltage selection, as it will work with 12 VDC/VAC. Also, the strike features Fail Safe/Fail Secure Functionality that provides maximum versatility in security management. It is designed for minimal noise during operation. Constructed from stainless steel, the strike meets Grade 1 standards with a static strength of 1,500 lbs and dynamic strength of up to 70 ft lbs.

This Doube Door Surface Mounted Electric Strike is available in two variations: 4-5/8″ and 8-3/8″. Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1, UL 1034 Burglary-Resistant Listed, UL 294 Listed, UL 305 Listed, and RoHS compliant.
