The ADT Plus Glassbreak Sensor is particularly suited to environments with multiple windows, sliding glass doors, or extensive glass surfaces, as it covers a large area and can detect the distinctive sound of breaking glass. Once activated, it can automatically alarm your ADT Plus security system, notify your cell phone, and ensure a quick response to possible break-ins. It’s wireless and battery-powered, so you can move it around and install it on the wall or ceiling.

For best performance, avoid installing the sensor in rooms smaller than 10′ x 10′ or in areas with multiple noise sources, such as small kitchens, garages, noisy utility spaces, or small bathrooms, as background noise and confined layouts may affect detection accuracy.
