40 ft Outdoor Motion Detector Description:

Firstly, the 40 ft Outdoor Motion Detector provides 40ft by 90° detection coverage and is ideal for all residential and small commercial sites. In addition, it features customizable design and high accuracy against false alarms, this motion analyzes detection patterns and environmental information. While unlike traditional outdoor motion detectors, it improves immunity against temperature changes or moving trees and vegetation which reduces the risk of false alarms.

Aside from Passive infrared motion detection, our dual-tech detectors also use microwave sensors, also known as Radar, RF or Doppler sensors. These detect walking, running or crawling human targets in an outdoor environment.

Furthermore this sensor uses Anti-masking technology which enables the sensor to  detect if an intruder has attempted to defeat the detector by blocking (masking) it. Usually with a material that blocks infrared energy, such as paper, tape, film, or spray. Sensor adjustment components have also been colored blue to make it obvious which parts are used to manipulate the sensor detection area. A spirit level has been incorporated as well, along with an automatic walk test mode which starts automatically when the cover is closed.
