- Alarm.com mobile app version 5.9.4 or higher for Android
- Legal Agreement:
- The primary login must have accepted the AI Video Features Legal Agreement
- Camera Requirements:
- Any Alarm.com video camera, or a supported third-party camera connected to a compatible Alarm.com Stream Video Recorder
- Supported third-party cameras:
- Onvif Profile S or VAPIX user enabled
- DHCP (static IPs cannot be used)
- H.264
- Ethernet (Wired)

Note: AI Video Event Searches only apply to thumbnails for saved clips that are created after the feature is enabled.
- Once the primary login accepts the AI Video Features Legal Agreement, the feature is enabled on the account.
- Searches occur across all clip thumbnails uploaded after the feature is enabled from any camera on the account.
- Mobile users can also utilize voice-to-text for AI Video Event Searches on the Alarm.com app.
- By default, AI Video Event Search results cover the last 30 days and are sorted by most relevant.
- Users can order results by most recent and further filter results by selecting a specific date range or specific cameras.
