To use Location Insights for Alarm Mode, customers must have the Alarm.com mobile app and an active Alarm.com security system. The feature relies on location sharing from enrolled devices, so each household member who wants to appear in Alarm Mode must opt in through the app.

In order to view Location Insights for Alarm Mode, it must be enabled by the Primary login, or a login with Master permissions.

- Tap the toggle to enable or disable the feature.
Enroll individual devices for Location Insights for Alarm Mode
Each user must enable Alarm Mode Location Sharing in order for their device to be displayed in case of an Alarm.
Note: While only Primary/Master logins can enable the feature for the account, all logins with access to Geo-Services (Places) are able to enable their device location for Alarm Mode.
To enroll individual devices for Location Insights for Alarm Mode:
