This ProdataKey Red Mullion High-Security Reader is a high-security access control reader for narrow door frames and other space-saving installations. It can be compatible with a number of credential technologies, such as 125 kHz, 13.56 MHz, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), which provide users with flexible methods of gaining access to secured areas. Designed for secure communication, the reader supports OSDP and Wiegand protocols and works with MIFARE® DESFire® EV2 and EV3 credentials. It is housed in an IP65 case, which protects it from dust and water, and can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications.  It is part of ProdataKey’s new Red Reader V2 series with enhanced installation and read speeds for credentials.
