It is capable of handling both OSDP and Wiegand communication, so it is compatible with many different access control systems and offers secure, compliant communication with MIFARE® DESFire® EV2 and EV3 credentials. For reliable indoor and outdoor use, the ProdataKey Red Single Gang High-Security Reader has an IP65-approved enclosure. It is part of ProdataKey’s new Red Reader V2 series with enhanced installation and read speeds for credentials.
