This Universal Electric Strike Latchbolt Monitor works with cylindrical locksets up to a 5/8″ throw latch bolt. It is ideal for openings that require up to a 3-hour fire rating and where there may be limited space behind the jamb. Some of the best aspects include tamper resistance, 1,500 lbs of static strength, 70 ft-lbs of dynamic strength as well as testing for 1 million cycles to ensure long-term reliability. It is suitable for both left and right-hand door configurations. Strike body depth of 1-1/16″ [27.3mm], making it suitable for installations with limited space, and includes a plug-in connector and trim enhancer for straightforward setup. Supports latch bolts from 1/2″ to 5/8″ [12.7mm to 15.9mm] with a 1/8″ [3.2mm] door gap. The Universal Electric Strike Latchbolt Monitor complies with such standards as ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1, UL 1034 burglary-resistant listing, UL 294 listing, UL 10C, and RoHS compliance.
