Smart Water Valve and Meter

The Smart Water Valve and Meter uses its whole-home Water Management solution, it can respond to drips and leaks in different areas of your home by allowing water through the pipes or not, when a leak may happen from a pipe this will shut off the water to prevent further damage to the pipe and home. This valve will also alert you that it detected a leak and shut off the water. This also can be used with the app to monitor how much water is being used and you can set it how you like so that you can save on water and use your water more efficiently.

It can alert you to excessive water consumption at home or at a rental property. It can even alert you to low water temperatures if your pipes are at risk of freezing in winter. This will integrate perfectly into your alarm system, if you’re away and one of your toilets is constantly running, the water will shut off to help save up to 200 gallons of wasted water per day. However,  if someone is taking a long shower and your system knows you’re home, you’ll get an alert but the water will stay on.
