It provides a read range of 6 to 8 inches for quick and accurate identification. The reader has a rugged electronics construction that is potted with epoxy compound and is ideal to use for demanding environmental conditions. It is equipped with an LED for visual feedback and a Piezo beeper for audio feedback. The Mullion Mount Proximity Reader is compatible with all Wiegand access control systems and supports industry-standard Wiegand (26 to 50-bit) output and RS-232 interface. Features an attractive high-tech enclosure available in dark gray.

Additionally, it can be fastened by 2 screws on any wall or other surface. Installation may be indoors or outdoors, exposed to weather.
