Built on the ARTPEC-8 chipset with a deep learning processing unit, this camera enables sophisticated on-edge analytics and metadata collection, facilitating efficient forensic search capabilities. It offers a varifocal 3.3–8.1 mm lens with a horizontal field of view of 98°–36°, and advanced video compression in H.264, H.265, and Motion JPEG formats. The camera also supports a wide range of network protocols and is compatible with multiple video management systems, including AXIS Companion and AXIS Camera Station. Installation is made easy and cost-effective with flexible positioning of the varifocal camera heads, remote zoom, and focus capabilities.
