Its Lightfinder 2.0 technology ensures high-resolution, full-color video even in near darkness, while Forensic WDR provides up to 120 dB dynamic range, capturing details in both bright and dark areas. Additionally, the Optimized IR enhances low-light performance with power-efficient IR LEDs, effective up to 80 meters. With advanced analytics and a deep learning processing unit, it enables sophisticated functions such as AXIS Object Analytics for detecting and classifying humans, vehicles, and vehicle types.  The camera supports up to 20 unique video streams and 8 individually cropped view areas, along with flexible event management options that include audio alerts, light control, and video uploads.

Built-in cybersecurity features like Axis Edge Vault protect device ID and streamline product authorization, while secure boot and signed firmware ensure integrity and security from start-up to operation.
