You can use this power adaptor for cameras with a rate of 12VDC, 1.5A. Just make sure that the camera has a voltage rating (V or VDC) of exactly 12VDC, while the amperage rating (A) is 1.5A or less. In other words, you can use this Waterproof Outdoor Power Supply with a camera rated at 12V 1.5A, 12V 1.0A, or 12V 0.5A. But you would not be able to use it with a camera rated at 12V 2A.
