This is the 2GIG Go Control Replacement Battery. Also known as the 2GIG-BATT2X. This will successfully keep your 2GIG running even when the power goes out. It can provide up to 24 hours of power. It is a 7.2V 2600mAh Ni-MH battery pack.

Remember to always disarm your system when you replace the battery to avoid setting off a tamper alarm. To replace the battery, pry apart the back of your Go! Control Security Keypad by inserting a flathead screwdriver into the slots found on the top-back of your keypad. Once the back is removed, the battery should be visible. Unplug the old battery and remove it. Replace it with the new battery and reverse the steps. Be sure to test your system after you replace the battery to ensure correct readings.

Please note this 2GIG Go Control Replacement Battery battery will not be compatible with the 2GIG GC3 Panel. Only the Go! Control Panel.
