This is the 2GIG Go Control 4G LTE Cell Radio. This will be compatible with your Go! Control Security Panel, but it will not work with the GC3. You can find the GC3 Cell Radio here.

The 2GIG Go! Control 4G LTE Cell Radio enables the Verizon network to work with Alarm.com. This new radio transfers both data and two-way voice over Verizon’s 100% LTE network and VoLTE (Voice over LTE) technology. This Radio Module gives the central station panel two-way voice ability, allows for the delivery of the latest over-the-air firmware updates, and allows for the transmission of security and automation info to online portals.

To enable the LTE cell radio, the GC2 Panel requires Firmware version 1.17 or newer. You can purchase an updater tool here if you need to update your GC2 Panel first.

Make sure that you have a Verizon LTE signal where you want to install it.

The 2GIG Go Control 4G LTE Cell Radio is installed directly into the Go! Control panel. There are two screws with two locking washers that will keep the unit in place.  The last step before enrolling in monitoring service is testing cellular signal strength.

We also have the same cell radio that uses older CDMA technology, but CDMA is being quickly replaced by the much more efficient LTE.
