The Access Control Keypad, Surface Mount is an access control accessory that matches JO-DV and JP-DV door stations. This device mounts on the surface, meaning one can install it on flat walls or other surfaces. It has a vandal-resistant surface and tamper-proof screws making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. The keypad allows entry through a PIN CODE that is programmable with up to 100 access codes. The Surface Mount Access Control Keypad automatically locks out the keypad after too many incorrect codes have been entered, due to the built-in lockout function. In order to prevent unwanted entry, the Anti-tailgate feature immediately locks the door once it closes, even before the programmed output time.
