Options for Renters
ADT requires you to be a home owner with approved credit. But if you are renting a home or an apartment there are still lots of good options for you. Check them out below.
- Pay for the equipment and installation, then do a 12 month or 1 month service agreement. These are usually starting at $499 or $699 depending on if you have a landline phone or want to do cellular. Most do cellular these days and they allow you to control the system from your smartphone. The monthly starts at $25/mo.
- Activate an existing system – this could be $0-$299 depending on what kind of equipment you have. Call us and determine what kind of system you have or send us a picture of your keypad.
- Do our self installation option that starts at $299 if you have a wired internet connection or $399 if you need a cellular communicator.
