Easy to install and compatible with Quick connect, Lynx Plus, Lynx Touch, Safewatch, Vista panels. Also compatible with the ADT Pulse TSSC Panel. One great thing about this flood sensor is that it comes with the flood probe already attached so installation is a cinch.

It is also a passive infrared motion detector that is capable of eliminating false alarms caused by pets weighing less than 40 lbs.

It can be used on a door just as well. The transmitter sends digitally coded wireless signals to the receiver in the security system control panel.
